This series consists of written transcripts of motions filed with the clerk of the court by attorneys involved in cases before the Court. Typical entries contain transcript of the motion; essential information on the case, such as date of motion, docket (case) number, and division assigned; and a notarization at the end affirming its accuracy. A certification of the motion is sent to the opposing attorney.
